Freight Terms and Conditions

Standard Freight truck shipments are delivered to business addresses during regular business hours or picked up at the freight company's local terminal. If residential delivery is required the customer must request this when placing his/her order. Additional charges will apply for residential deliveries. For freight truck deliveries, drivers will not carry goods beyond the end of the truck but may assist the customer with getting the goods off the truck if they determine it is safe to do so by hand. Lift gate service can be requested but additional charges will apply. Missed appointments may also result in additional charges. Best Buy Fitness will charge additional freight truck charges to the card used for the original transaction without additional authorization and mail a receipt to the customer.

In the event that a product arrives with damage to the box or carton, customers should note damage on the freight bill before signing for the shipment. When you sign for a shipment without noting damages, you are indicating that all cartons shown on the receipt are present and in good condition. If a claim is made against a delivery where the shipment is signed clear, most freight companies will determine that the damage occurred after the shipment arrived. Customer agrees to adhere to freight carrier's freight claim protocol and also agrees to cooperate with such policies to facilitate the processing of a claim if necessary.
